Thanks for posting, Missy. I have missed your posts.

Care Giving is very rewarding, but it is also very challenging at times. Sometimes I wonder if it also builds character... I'm not the same person that I was when I began my journey with my mom. I like to believe that I am a better person because of my experiences as my mom's Care Giver.

You will be a super Care Giver, you have lots of heart and soul.

Wow Missy. That is a lot of changes in a short period of time. I hope you are doing OK and remembering to take care of yourself.

Wow, Missy.. the winds of change up and blew in your neighbourhood I see.
A lot to handle, adapt to and accept. I hope you have a 'me' avenue to turn to when needed.
Good to see you back, looking forward to reading more..

Take care, Sunshine

Oh my goodness Missy...it sounds like you have had a "plate full" of changes and adjustments lately.
I'll be interested to hear you tell us more of them all.
this is a big responsibility for you to be there to help take care of your mom. What a wonderful daughter you are for that.
It is not easy for you I am sure, it seems like you have a lot to carry on your shoulders right now.
Blessings to you my dear.

That is a lot. I have been the primary caregiver to my Grandma since the end of May. My advice is to take care of you. I haven't been and let's just say I am not in a good place. Take some time each day for yourself, even if it is just a walk. It is so important. Good luck and I wish you the best.
