One would have to be flexible enough to chew on one's toenails.

picking - at least I could pass it off as a one time thing... a persistent booger? Chewing your toenails... not that I wouldnt' like to be that flexible again, but ewww...

A picker for sure, haven't had my foot in my mouth since before I had teeth.
I don't know! I'd love to be able to get my toes up to my mouth, but that was a lifetime ago. Nose picking...I think we all do it at one time or another. They are both nasty!
Hands down....a picker. The thought of putting my feet in my mouth, disgusting!!
Nose! I've caught my son chewing his toenails before. I never knew such a feat existed until then.
Nose for sure. They have itches sometimes, but toes? No good excuse there!
Picking, hands down. You can play that one off WAY easier. "Oh, my nose itched. Way up in there." As opposed to... "I got hungry." I dunno how you'd play that one off.
Picking...and then I would make a big show out of pretending to eat it! That's what people get for watching me!

I'd have to go with nose picker, although I'd be awfully happy if I could get my foot all the way to my mouth - just in the flexibility sense, that is!
Definitely a picker...like Linda said, I think we've all done it at one time or another.
And I like Tammy's pun referring to chewing toenails...whether intentional or not..."never knew such a 'FEAT' existed"...bawhawhaha...that's a good one!
I'd rather be caught picking. I'd live the flexibility to put my feet that close to my head but never gonna happen. Even if I could, chewing on toenails sounds completely disgusting.
Picking. Gross. Gotta go wash my hands for even thinking about it.

picking my nose, simply gross on the toenails. Although, I don't want to be caught doing the nose thing either. Grossing me out here.
